How Rev-Tech handles your information

You’re sending us a payment processing statement to get your leakage audit. That document can include sensitive information — here’s exactly what happens to it.

What we collect

Your most recent processing statement, and any gateway or subscription billing exports you choose to include, submitted through our secure audit request form.

What we use it for

Solely to calculate your markup, chargeback exposure, and involuntary churn numbers for your free analysis. Nothing more.

Who sees it

Rev-Tech’s team reviews your statement directly. It is never sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or used for any purpose outside your requested audit.

How long we keep it

We delete your statement within 30 days of completing your analysis unless you engage us for ongoing service.

What happens if you move forward

If you choose to act on your analysis, your payment processing is placed directly with a licensed processing partner — CardConnect, Host Merchant Services, or Durango Merchant Services — matched to your business. Rev-Tech does not hold, custody, or have direct access to your transaction funds at any point. Recovery tools, including chargeback representment and churn recovery, are provided through established third-party platforms — Chargeflow and FraudLabs Pro — under their own security and compliance standards.

What happens if you don’t

Nothing. The analysis has no strings attached. Your statement is deleted within 30 days of completing your analysis unless you engage us for ongoing service.
